Sailfish
Sailfish are one of the fastest fish

alive
They can swim at up to 110 km an hour. Their metallic blue colour makes them stand out in the ocean so their speed keeps them away from predators.
Habitat
Sailfish like warm water and reefs. You can find them in mid waters around the tropics and in the Atlantic Ocean. You can also find them in the Indian Ocean. They only have two predators, a shark and humans.
FOOD
They like to eat mackerels, tunas, needle fish and bait fish. They stab their prey to stun them then they eat them. Sometimes they eat Octopus or squid.
Appearance
They are dark grey when the are small and dark blue or black when they are older.
They can grow up to 1.2 to 1.5 meters in a year.
Sailfish can’t not be found in New Zealand because the water is not warm enough.

The dark stoney path lead to a pitch black room full of cretrues and monsters.
No one ever went in or came out.
Red eyes glowing in the dark room.

The Beach
- Arriving
- Going to the beach
- Swimming
The Sun glanced at me. It felt like I was getting cooked.
I could hardly see the surf but I couldn't wait to get down the beach.
The sand was sucking me in like vacuum cleaner .
I'm trying to escape from the grasp sand. I'm nearly there.
Now I can sink into the water and gaze at the ocean.

Crunchy old rusty leaf .
The torn leaf crying for help .
The pointy leaves waving goodbye to his friend.
The veins spreading down his body.
The wind goes straight through him.
